Augustine thought he was out of options. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Lagos, Nigeria, he lost his job. Even finishing his degree through 91视频 Worldwide felt impossible. But amidst it all, he held on to one thought: 鈥淚 can鈥檛 stop now.鈥

The final two weeks of a block can feel just like that 鈥 heavy, crowded, and stressful. Whether you鈥檙e on track or catching up, these four tips can help you finish strong.

Review and reflect

Before you stress, take a couple minutes to look back on this block. What have you learned? How have you grown, academically and spiritually? Even an imperfect journey has real progress in it.

Augustine discovered something about himself as he finished his degree: 鈥淭hrough 91视频, I gained more than a degree. I developed discipline, resilience, confidence, and faith in my ability to succeed.鈥

Taking time to appreciate where you started and where you are now can help you see the Lord鈥檚 hand in your efforts. Consider writing down three ways you鈥檝e grown this block. You may be further along than you think.

Prioritize what matters most

You can鈥檛 do it all, so do what matters most first.

With limited time left, focus on finals, key projects, and required discussions. Let go of perfection and aim for completion. Each morning, write down your top three tasks for the day and try your best to get them done.

Augustine didn鈥檛 finish by doing everything at once. He stayed focused on what mattered most, one step at a time. 鈥淚 learned how to persevere through hardship and remain focused on long-term goals,鈥 he said.

Remember that 鈥渂y small and simple things are great things brought to pass鈥. 1

Remember those three tasks you wrote down to accomplish? Consider setting aside a specific block of time each day to complete them. Every effort you make toward your end goal will make all the difference.

Involve the Lord in your studies

Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ can bring you strength.

God loves you and wants to be involved in your life. Try praying before you study and asking for clarity when assignments feel too big.

When Augustine needed a laptop to submit his work, he prayed constantly for help, and it came through his instructors. When finances ran out, a tuition discount opened the door. 鈥淚 took the step of faith 鈥 and that decision changed my life,鈥 he said.

Jesus Christ told His disciples, 鈥淐ome unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.鈥 2

The unknown future can feel like a burden, but when you take a leap of faith and include the Lord, He will help you.

Celebrate your achievements

When you submit that last assignment, celebrate! Whether you tell your family or say a prayer of thanks, don鈥檛 let this momentum go to waste 鈥 carry it into your next task, block, or milestone. You proved that you can do hard things. Now keep going!

Augustine wants others still in the middle of their journey to know: 鈥淲ith determination and support, your goals are achievable.鈥
